Built from a master resume you own, injected into your own Word template so your formatting never changes. Page count enforced. Nothing padded, nothing fabricated.

It answers what it can from facts you approved, parks the rest as a short list for you, learns every answer you approve, and never touches salary, legal or equal-opportunity questions.
You approve, it submits
Each completed application stops at a Send? card. Approve it and CruiseApply fills the real form, attaches the tailored resume and presses Submit — recording it only when the site confirms.

Connect your mailbox and every reply attaches to the application it answers. Stages, response times, ghosting, and a notification the moment something needs you — on your phone.
How it works
Set up once. Then steps 4 to 7 are the loop it runs for every job — overnight, if you let it.
- Upload the resume you already use. It becomes the template; only the words inside chosen regions ever change.
- Fill in your profile and master resume. Every job, skill and fact you want it to draw from. It uses nothing else.
- Connect your mailbox. Optional, but it is how replies track themselves and how it emails you.
- Save a search. Titles, skills, remote or not, countries, salary floor, what to exclude. Run it, or let it run nightly.
- Research and tailor the jobs worth applying to. Read what it wrote — it is your name on it.
- Run autopilot. It fills forms, asks you only what it must, and queues Send? cards.
- Approve, and watch the replies come in. Or turn on fully automatic and just handle what needs you.
What it will never do
These are not settings. They are the rules the product is built around.
Questions
Does it actually send applications for me?
Only when you say so. By default every application stops at a Send? card and goes out when you approve it. You can switch on a fully automatic mode with a daily cap, or switch sending off and press Submit yourself.
Will it make things up on my resume?
No. It selects and rewords from the master resume you gave it. If your resume does not contain something, it leaves it out, and the fit report tells you when a document came out under the page budget rather than padding it.
Which job boards does it read?
Employers' own career boards through their public APIs — Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, SmartRecruiters, Workable, Recruitee and Rippling — plus remote-first boards such as Himalayas, Remotive, RemoteOK, Jobicy and We Work Remotely. It discovers new company boards over time.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. It installs as an app on Android and iPhone and pushes a notification the moment something needs you. Every notification carries the counts for each phase of your search.
Where does my data live?
With you. The early-access version runs on your own computer; your resume, mail and applications never leave it. A hosted version is what the waitlist is for.
